Hola, from cold and snowy Estonia! I'm back from Barcelona and so ready to post about everything and anything I did and saw. I wasn't massively impressed with the city, because to tell you the truth, it's not as carefree and colourful as the postcards make you believe. Shocking, right?
Leaving the not-so-good things aside, I still feel that I got a much-needed break. Going to a slightly warmer climate for a week and getting a taste of spring was absolutely priceless. Not to mention the never ending lols with my best friend who is really the best person I've travelled with.
Packing for the trip, I was overly optimistic and believed the 12-degree forecast. How about the wind, Piia? Ever thought of that? We actually had massive wind almost every day, so this warm biker jacket was a blessing. As were the over-knee socks, which as I promised in autumn, are not going anywhere. I also checked with the H&M jumpsuit and it confirmed that it's coming back in summer.
Hola siit külmast ja lumisest Eestist. Olen Barcelonast tagasi ja nii tahan juba teiega jagada kõike mida tegin ja nägin. Tegelikult ei olnud ma sellest linnast tohutult lummatud, sest tõtt-öelda ei ole kõik nii rõõmus ja värviline kui postkaartidelt tundub. Šokeeriv, eksole!
Jättes need keskpärasemad asjad kõrvale, tundub mulle, et sain ikkagi ühe vajaliku ja väljateenitud puhkuse. Juba see, et olin pisut soojemas kliimas ja sain kevade maitse suhu on täiesti hindamatu. Ja loomulikult mingid lõputud naeruhood mu parima sõbraga, kes on kõige parem reisikaaslane, keda soovida.
Reisiks pakkides olin liialt optimistlik ja uskusin neid 12-kraadiseid prognoose. Aga tuul, Piia? Sellele oled mõelnud? Iga päev kummitas Barcelonat ebamaiselt tugev tuul ja see biker jakk oli tõeline õnnistus. Samuti ka need ülepõlve põlvikud, mille kohta juba sügisel lubasin, et need kuskile ei kao. Lisaks sain sellelt lahedalt H&Mi pükskostüümilt kinnituse, et see teeb suvel tugeva tagasituleku.
