Justin Timberlake- Suit & Tie

Happy Friday, you lovely people! Today I had the oral part of my English exam. Is it just me, or is it kind of important to be a bit dressier at exams? Anyway, I went with a classic Justin-Timberlake-inspired black-and-white look. It seems that these days I practically don't leave my house without wearing my black jeans or my collared shirt. It's only logical for them to be in the same outfit. This blazer is a great buy from the Christmas sales at H&M and only complementing the dramatic colour-scheme today. By adding shoes that are so pointy that they could be used as a weapon, the ever-important red lipstick and a brooch fit for royalty, I was ready to conquer my exam. It went very well, thanks for asking. 

Spring has really arrived with its warm weather and budding trees. I actually didn't need a jacket/scarf today. Happy days!

Ilusat reedet teile, ilusad inimesed  Täna oli mul inglise keele eksami suuline osa. Kas ainult mulle tundub või peabki eksamitel veidi pidulikumalt riides olema? Igatahes, valisin tänaseks klassikalise Justin Timberlake'st inspireeritud mustvalge riietuse. Mulle tundub, et viimasel ajal lahkun ma kodust ainult kandes neid musti teksaseid või seda valget pluusi ja on ainult loogiline, et need on ühes ja samas outfitis koos. Pintsaku leidsin jõuludel H&M'st ja täna sobis see eriti hästi mu dramaatilist värvigammat rõhutama. Lisades kingad, mis on nii terava ninaga, et neid võiks relvana kasutada, igas olukorras olulise punase huulepulga ja prossi, mida võiks kanda mõni kroonitud pea, olin ma oma eksamiks valmis. Mul läks väga hästi, tänan küsimast.

Kevad on ka juba korralikult kohale jõudnud, ilm on soe ja puudel on pungad. Täna mul ei läinud isegi mingisugust jakki või salli vaja. Imeline!

Spring in my step

As you might now, flats are the new heels for this spring, and lately, I've stumbled upon so many beautiful flats for spring that I just couldn't leave the shop without. I have two new pairs of oxfords, one round toe and one super spiky, one in matte leather, one in patent leather. I need to justify buying two pairs somehow, so I keep finding differences between them. I also found the cutest pair of black-and-white flats at a thrift store in Tartu, they have such a cute 60s vibe which resembles the Louis Vuitton spring collection so much. Then there are my tweed flats from last autumn. And last, but not least, these burgundy loafers. They're a total grandma shoe, but I love them so much. Now, all that's left to do, is wait for the weather to catch up. Snow and new shoes don't go together very well...

Võib-olla olete kuulnud, et madalad kingad on sel kevadel täielikult kontsaga kingi välja tõrjumas. Viimasel ajal olen nii paljude lahedate madalate kingade otsa komistanud, et ise ka ei usu ja nii olengi nelja uue paari võrra rikkamaks saanud. Mul on kahed nööridega kingad, ühed lakknahast, teised mitte, ühed terava ninaga, teised ümaraga. Pean ju ometi endale kuidagi kahe sarnase paari ostmist õigustama ja seega ma otsingi pidevalt nende kahe vahel erinevusi. Tartust leidsin veel need imelised must-valged kuuekümnendate hõnguga kingakesed, mis meenutavad mulle väga Louis Vuittoni kevadkollektsiooni. Siis on veel eelmise sügise tviidkingad. Ja viimaseks- mu uued tumepunased loafersid. Need on tõelised vanaemakingad, aga mulle nii väge meeldivad. Nüüd jääb järele ainult oodata kuni ilm järele jõuab, sest lumi ja uued kingad ei sobi just väga hästi kokku.
