I think I might have a British soul inside, because this rainy Christmas isn't bothering me one bit - it's way better than pinching cold and icy pavements. I just drown myself in that amazingly warm coat from New Yorker and drink endless cups of tea. Perfect balance for warmth inside and out. 

I've been such a lazy dresser lately and the fact that throwing on this coat is so simple isn't helping either, it's liek I don't need anything else. Today I even made the effort and accessorised with my new stacked rings and that cute wooden bow, but to be honest, usually I don't even bother doing that much. Time for an early New Year's resolution maybe? 

I promise to dress like I mean it, every single day.

Ma olen vist pisut briti hingega, sest see vihmane jõuluilm ei häiri mind absoluutselt. See on igatahes parem kui näpistav külm ja jäised kõnniteed. Ma lihtsalt mattun enda imesooja ja pehmesse mantlisse ja joon lõpmatult palju teed. Ideaalne tasakaal, et olla soe nii seest- kui ka väljastpoolt. 

Viimasel ajal olen eriti laisk riietuja olnud, eriti sellepärast, et selle mantli selgaviskamine on nii kerge ja mul tekib tunne, et muud põnevat pole vajagi. Täna ma isegi haarasin kapi pealt oma uued sõrmused ja armsa puust lipsukese, aga tavaliselt ei viitsi nii paljugi pingutada. Vist on aeg varajaseks uusaastalubaduseks? 

Ma luban riietuda iga päev nii, nagu mul oleks tõsi taga.

One dress, three outfits #3

Last, but not least, here's my third outfit with the lovely floral dress. No game this time, but I do owe a special shout-out to none other than Getter! 

This look is kind of rocker-chic, for those fond of labelling styles and probably transitions well from day to evening. To tone down the girlie floral print, I paired the dress with my leathery jacket and opposed to the previous denim look, just the switch of material created such a different look. With the addition of flaming red lips, simple black heels and an abundance of golden jewellery (I may have crossed the border this time..), this dress is ready to be taken out for cocktails! And I don't mean Shirley Temples!

Ongi järg jõudnud viimase riietuseni minu kleidiseeriast. Kellele meeldib erinevaid stiile sildistada, siis see on pikem selline rokilikult šikk komplekt, mis ilmselt sobib ka kategooriasse "kontorist linna peale" ehk seda on lihtne muuta päevaoutfitist õhtu omaks. Et kleidi nunnut lillelisust veidi tasandada, valisin seekord hoopis oma nahkse jaki ja võrreldes eelmise teksalooki'ga, muutis erinev materjal kogu riietuse hoopis teistsuguseks. Koos erkpunaste huulte, lihtsate mustade kontsakingade ja rohkete kuldsete ehetega (võib-olla läksin seekord üle piiri..) on see kleit valmis üheks kokteiliõhtuks! Ja loomulikult ei pea ma silmas Shirley Temple'id.

I'll keep this short. It's my birthday today!! I'm turning 19 and the big 20, the start of a new decade, is only a year to go. So, I plan to make this year as perfect and as awesome as I can and you're all welcome to join me.

If you were wondering, then this in not my birthday outfit. I cheated and wore fancy clothes the day before, because today, after having cake for breakfast, I headed for Tartu.

Täna teen lühidalt.. Minul on täna sünnipäev! Saan 19 ja suur ja õudne 20, uue kümnendi algus, on ainult aastakese pärast. Seega, minu plaan on see viimane vana dekaadi aasta elada vapustavalt lahedalt!

Kui te juba mõtlesite, kas see on mu sünnipäeva-outfit, siis ei. Tegin veidi sohki ja kandsin ilusaid riided ühe päeva võrra varem, sest täna, pärast hommikusöögiks tordi söömist, sõitsin Tartusse.

Praeguseks, nautige seda suurepärast laulu mu absoluutsetelt lemmikmuusikutelt. Ilusat nädalavahetust!

The dress that makes me dream

Still being tormented by winter, I had to wear this dress I chose from Fashion Union in a more wintry outfit. Originally, it's a pretty lovely shirt-dress, perfect for frolicking on fields in summer or having a nice cup of coffee in a cafe in spring. These are still only dreams.. In winter, I suppose, when paired with a chunky cardigan and cold-bitten fingers, it's a nice outfit to escape to a warm house and bundle up on a couch with a cup of tea.
Anyway, aside from whining about weather, the dress is perfect. If you know me, then you might have noticed how much I love anything collared. So this dress is right up my alley. Also, the print is so fun and the fit seems like it absolutely made for me.  It felt only right to wear my vintage-looking jewellery with it.
Bare with me and hope for winter to realise that its 15 minutes of fame are over.

Kuna talv ikka veel piinab meid, siis pidin seda toredat kleiti kandma väga talvises outfitis. Tegelikult on see hästi armas särk-kleit, mis sobiks ideaalselt suvisteks jalutuskäikudeks maal või kevadel välikohvikus istumiseks. Kuigi praegu tundub, et sellised pildikesed ainult unistuseks jäävadki... Talvel, kui kanda seda koos suure ja sooja kardiganiga, on selles päris mõnus diivanil kerra tõmmata ja kuuma teed juua.
Kui kõik ilmateemaline virisemine kõrvale jätta, siis see kleit on täiesti võrratu. Kui olete seda blogi mõnda aega jälginud, siis ilmselt teate juba, et mul on väga soojad tunded kõikide riiete vastu, millel on krae. Nii et see kleit on vägagi minu tassike teed. The fancy dress

Oh, long time no see, dear blog readers. If you follow my blog's FB page, you may know that Tallinn has been slowly drowning in snow, which made taking pictures a bit difficult. But no more excuses, I pulled myself together and there you have it, a new post!

As it was the first advent yesterday, then in addition to decorating the house and eating Christmas-food, it was only appropriate to celebrate with going to the ballet with my little sister to see The Nutcracker. Can you believe, that I hadn't ever seen it before? Well, Christmas disaster avoided and now I'm familiar with the magical adventures of Clara and the tin soldier!

My outfit for the ballet was this adorable dress. I ordered this it from Dorothy Perkins during their summer sale, thinking about the holiday season and how appropriate it would be for going to the ballet to see The Nutcracker. This dress is an absolute dream for many reasons, mostly because of its cute fancy look. But it also reminds me of this dress worn my Blair Waldorf, which is not at all a bad thing.  And that it falls under this season's "underpinnings trend"  is just a plus.

To resemble Blair Waldorf even more, I wore my little cape with that lovely dress, also my vintage theatre bag and a new cute ring from the wonderful Rings&Tings. I usually dress in clothes on the more classical and basic side and you can never really go wrong with a blue-jeans-white-shirt kind of vibe, no? Especially when paired with an even more classic piece like a nude trenchcoat. I also tend to spice up my outfits with little fun details. Tn this case, the embellished jeans, black ribbon and that cute crown ring.

I also really like it, when my post titles have a meaning behind them. Today I very bravely didn't use a certain line from a certain Lana Del Rey song as the title, but instead I referred to my long-time favourite singer's new album. And in true fangirl spirit, I painted my nails blue to match the album cover. And no, I haven't bought the album yet, but I'm kind of hoping that Santa will surprise me with that.

Tavaliselt kaldun riietudes kõige klassikalisemate esemete poole ja olgem ausad, siniste teksade ja valge pluusi kombinatsiooniga ei saa just väga mööda panna. Eriti veel, kui neid kanda koos lihtsa beeži mantliga. Veel meeldib mulle oma riietuse juurde lisada väikeseid põnevaid detaile nagu pükste litritega allääred, must lipsuke ja mu armas krooniga sõrmus.

Vintage Tallinn

This Saturday I went to a lovely event with my sister. It's called Vintage Tallinn and is basically a huge flea-market full of vintage goods. Although it was crowded and quite expensive, I still had a good time. I bought myself a beautiful necklace (the ones who follow me on twitter, might have already seen it) and my sister got an autograph from her favourite actress.
For the occasion I decided to wear my newest vintage buy, which is this lovely lilac blouse. It's so silky and so incredibly pretty and not to mention pastel ! I also wore my lace shorts from Oasap again. They're a bit dramatic, being all short and full of lace.. The ring I'm wearing is also from Oasap. I don't know, how well you can see it from the picture (made by my sister !!), but it's actually a little mouse wrapped around my finger. It's such a cute and comfy everyday ring and it goes with pretty much everything.

Laupäeval külastasin oma õega sellist üritust nagu Vintage Tallinn. Ma polnud seal veel varem käinud ja otsustasin, et sel korral pean minema. Kes ei tea, siis põhimõtteliselt on tegu suure... laadaga, kus erinevad vintage-poed ja muud huvilised saavad müüa/osta vahvaid riideid, ehteid ja kõike muudki. The blogger's ring

A few years ago, when this ring appeared on the blogosphere, it became the must-have accessory for everyone. It still seems to be the one of the most coveted pieces of jewellery to have. Ever since I first saw it, I've wanted myself one. Of course, with a value of 250$, there's no way I could afford the real one.
So, when I found this look-alike from Oasap, I was really happy. I chose my "Arty ring" in white and gold and I absolutely love it. Check them out here or here, maybe you'll find your perfect ring too !
Who knows, maybe one day I'll buy myself the real deal ..

Plastic fantastic

Here's a few additions to my ring collection. I made four of them today, from old earrings by just gluing them to the ring base. The red one is a ring that I got from Tartu .

I've wanted to take pictures of this outfit so long ago, I've worn it several times. Finally, one day I got round to doing it :) This is the same sweater seen here.
In other news, this week has been super busy, school-wise. Next week will be busy too, but more fun-wise . It is the Eurovision week,I plan to watch each semi final in a different place( Getter's and my place that is )  and if everything goes well,  we'll go to Kaisa's for the final again, just like last year. And on Tuesday , there's a free stage at our school and also some Nordic Look events.
